Let's start cooking

Bismillah..

Assalamualaikum wm wb.

I know it's rather late to be talking about any other things right now. But it's out of my control... Internet line down.

Any way, I received this message from 1 of my customers & it never cross my mind before to try cooking Salmon with MyRoxxa Asam Pedas paste. It is simple.. just put 2 spoonful of the paste with 250ml tamarind water in a clay pot. Put in 2 pieces of salmon & some fresh tomatoes. Let it boil... It's ready to eat.

Compare to this old method of preparing Asam Pedas..

5 tablespoons of dried cili paste
2 tablespoons of onions paste
1 tablespoons of garlic paste
1 tablespoons of ginger paste
1 tablespoons of prawn paste
All stir in 3 tablespoons of oil.
Then add..
250 ml of tamarind water
2 stalk of ginger flower
1 stalk of kesum
2 pieces of fish
Some veggies

Let it boil until the fish is well cook.

Don't you think is tedious??? Well... You can skip all that by using an all ready MyRoxxa Asam Pedas paste. You only need to prepare fresh fish & veggies. With the paste, you can enjoy tasty Asam Pedas without wasting time.
